Lower Tempreature Of Water In Tank

Guys any idea on how to lower down the tempreature of the water in the tank.

I dont have an heater in my tank and it is already 30degrees and putting an ice is something i have to think about dude.

I put my ice in a freezer bag first though, as I worry about chorine and choramine and other stuff in ice cubes killing of my shrimp etc. I aslo run a 120 mill pc fan hooked up to a 12v dc 500mA plug and I let it blow across my tank on real hot days. I built it into my hood system so it moves air below my lights across the water surface and it helps a fair chunk.
