Lots Of My Past Bettas I've Owned

Hi guys, just going through some old pics and thought I would share, I currently don't own any bettas, I go through phases

My first betta was Jai, a chocolate VT I bought from Pets at Home for a fiver

Next up was Rufus, a UK bred red CT

This is Kai, he was a show betta 'Super' HM the 3rd one I bought for.... £25!

The order is a blur now, but I think Chief was next, a UK bred copper SD

Mouse, a pink and purple CT

Caspian and his girlfriend Ratana

Cam, orange HM import

Leeroy, CT import

Marley, friend of Leeroy

Dijon was a mustard gas combtail with really bright colours

Etienne was a cream coloured combtail

Shyam was a black PK with gold flashes

Cameo was a UK bred silvery pale pink HM

Can't remember this one's name, mustard gas SD

Dubz was a green/white SD

Jasper and his massive nest, cello/green SD

Shiko, pink rosetail

Merlin, white CT

Rescue VT, can't remember his name, was clear/white

Romeo, HMPK

Jet was a black orchid CT

Jericho was a pale gold rosetail with a big taste for his own tail

Another gold rosetail who's name escapes me

I also had an orange CT called Fiah but the pics are poo

And a black combtail called Vega who's pics have gone missing

Lots of beautiful fish. Merlin is stunning, you have had a lot of pale/white ones. Did you ever breed any of them?

I have never bred, although there was one failed attempt when he ate the eggs, I don't have enough spare time to care for fry though

I had about the same number of girls as well in a sorority, have a few pics but are a bit boring as they are just girl versions of the boys or regular VTs

They seem to be notorious for breathing problems, Merlin didn't last long
