I have an established 240L tank. Over the last 2 weeks I have lost all of my 8 guppies (male and female) I do regular water changes and all other fish have been fine. On inspection, the tails have been nipped a bit but not to the extent that would kill them. So, any thoughts on what might be happening to them?

In the tank there is. 1 Golden gourami, Kribs, 1 black molly, Neon's,  3 X-ray tetra's, 3 SAE's, 1 bristtlenose, 1 Plec, and 3 Cory's all fo which are healthy.

What's your water pH and KH like?

The gourami could very well be picking on them. Some gouramis will allow them but I once had one that was pretty nippy toward them.

I personally think that your Guppies died from stress due to other fish being bullies.
