Looking To Do A Fairly Major Rescape Advice Needed

There isn't :good: the java fern 'narrow' is on a small chunk of bogwood there were a couple of the plant id sticks in the sand so as i was planting I could make sure I had put the right things in the right place but there out now.

i can see one on the far left

BTW what does that mother java look like in with the redmoor?

Oh that lol its planted now I wasn't sure what it was at the time so I sat it there till I worked out what it was

I think it looks really good but I'm open to being told it doesn't :good: I was hoping id made a decent stab at getting the basics down for a jungle type scape but going by the underwhelmed reactions may need to go back to drawing board I think

it does look good, don't get me wrong. I personally think the java mother would look good within the redmoor. Have you started a journal so you can keep us and yourself up to date with it??

Ah my apologies I missunderstood what you meant totally there lol I thought you were meaning how it looked being in the same tank  If i did move it into the redmoor do you have any suggestions of what could/should go in its place ?

As for the journal I shall do it now good sir !

**Just to clarify** Do you mean move the mother fern into the wood where it is or moving the redmoor to be around the fern ?

just to try...moving the needle leaf java, and making more of a feature of the mother plant, leaving the redmoor where it is.

You sir are a genius ! I tried moving the needle java then I tried your first suggestion of having the fern within the redmoor its looks great ! Ill get a pic up tommorow see what you think and the journal started.

The rose is really looking poor the Uruguayensis is doing fine though so not all bad on the medium light front.
