this is, apart from Crayfish/shrimp. there aren't any TOTALLY aquatic critters.
none of the crabs sold are, indeed most are in need of brackish water too.
most of the crabs sold need land more than water. though they do need brackish water.

these might fit the bill. they may even be legal in the UK, too.
