I've finally done the deed after so much shopping round over the past fortnight.

On order is a nice 48 X 14 X 22 tank (10mm thick). According to my calculation, this work out to approx 242 litres or 54 Gallon (UK) or 64 Gallon (US)

Now I need to look at filters and am contemplating an external canister filter. Will I also require a Undergravel Filter??

And lastly, will a filter pumping 700 lts per hour be sufficient? I know its X3 for efficient pumping rate..........

cheers
