So, today I have cleaned the tank and spray painted the back black. Done one coat, awaiting a second once I've had a brew.

Got some cat litter for the bottom, so substrate will be cat litter > JBL Aquabasis+ > sand. Really want black sand but I just can't justify the cost at the moment so maybe later on in the year or next year.

All my substrate-planted plants and fish will move over, along with some of the wood from my Rio 240. Filter (APS EF2000+) will move over too, and I will just shorten the spray bar and possibly add a Koralia nano.

New additions on Monday: 200w external heater and a pair of apistogramma cacatuoides from Hanny93.

Will update with pictures at some point over the weekend but I'll be starting a new planted journal so that will replace this.

Hanny: double bag with bag buddy. I'll have a look what boxes we've got. But they'll be going in his rucksack so I imaging a padded envelope might be better. We've got mountains of those. I'll have a look and pm you? Can you starve them from today please x
