Live Food Can I Feed My Fish Cereal Weevils?

I'd like to give my fish some live food as a treat to vary their diet but have no idea where to get it fromjust noticed my muesli jar is crawling with weevils climbing up the sides. If I can catch them, would my fish like weevils as a treat? I have mollies, a convict cichlid and swordtails. Also, bucket in yard has wriggly 5mm worm things on sides at surface (mosquito larvae?) -are these edible for my fish?

The mosquito larvae are some of my fish's favorite treats. The swords and convicts will go nuts for them and the mollies will eat some too. The weevils are another food that is often sold in stores under names like confused beetles. With the weevils, make sure that you can contain them on the water for your fish to eat before letting them out of their present container. After all, you don't want them spreading to other people foods. I always love this time of year because live foods can be found so easily in the containers around your house right outside your door.
