Live Chat Announcement, Please Read

[CFC]

It would seem that sometime last night an imposter entered the live chat claiming to be CFC, another channel operator gave the imposter chatroom controls and they then promptly banned everyone that was in the room.

At this time we dont know how this happened and until we find out i will no longer be given channel operators controls, i also advise that you dont accept any advice from someone in the chatroom claiming to be CFC unless you are 100% sure it is really me.

Those that were banned i can only say that i am sorry and that your names will be removed from the banned list as soon as possible. Until then you can still access the chatroom through the java window http/www.fishforums.net/chat/ but you will have to use slightly different names, ie CFC1 instead of CFC.

If the imposter is reading this then be assured we will discover you and not only ban you permamently from the forum and chatroom but also report you to your service provider and any appropriate authorities.

I see this one stayed on topic long.
So sorry to hear that CFC. Having been banned from the site I moderate when it was hacked last year I feel your 'pain' as it were. That was a tough time and were it not for a backup the record company had (thankfully) we would have been starting the whole forum from scratch.
Hope you track this person down and give 'em everything they deserve. Scum.
