I have a female guppy that gave birth in the breader box last night im guessing when I woke up I seem one live baby one dead on an a bunch of what looked too be eggs but the all had like to black dots I'm guessing these were baby's that didnt formin side or defects I don't know would any one know why that happen

the aborting could have been due to the stress of being moved into the trap too early

They've been born prematurely.

Those breeder boxes are very stressful for females, so it's quite common for them to abort the brood, I'm afraid. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, female livebearers are best left in the main tank to give birth.

If you want some fry to survive, just make sure the main tank has plenty of hiding places. Fine leaved live plants are the best.
