Liquid Fry Food

hey...i was just wondering how to feed fry the liquid food (interpet, liquifry)...Does the filter have to be turned off or something? Also, should i place the required drops near the fry, around all areas of the tank or near the clump of java moss i have to stimulate the growth of microscopic organisms for the fish to eat? Thanks in advance
