Lillies

I cultivate lillies in My a few Water Buts to use in water Features.

Now Considering the extreme temps that occur in a Pond/Water Butts.

Could I Take a Small Cutting and Root It Into the Sand.

I have Pink and White Dwarf Lilles and Would Love 1 in the tank.

Do you Guys Think They would Survive, Or would I be Better Getting a tiger Lilly from Ebay.

Try it and find out. If you have pleanty of plants to take a cutting from then it wont hurt to lose one if it doesnt work, it certainly wont hurt the fish so you have nothing to worry about there.

Runs out into the garden to choose Cuttings, But first annoy with More pix.

Doesn't work, The Lilly Turns to a Gooey Mush and Disclolrs the tank.

Doesn't smell nice, so will need to do a water change.
