Lights Off

hello.
poor me works as a graphic designer, which means i sleep 20, 25 minutes per night
the lights of the aquarium turn off at 22:30, but the lights in my room are almost always on.

is this a problem to the fish?

if it really that bad could you not hook up some sliding rall thing and curtains on it, or cover tank with a blanket
