Lights and stuff

I have a 30 gallon hexagon tank which is 24in in height... and I'm planning on getting this

Which uses these bulbs.
Quad SmartPaq - 2-10000K White / 2-7100K Blue PowerCompact Bulb

What do you think? I can't find anything else that would be good for the price.

The bulbs are wrong type; it's designed for marine use, not for growing freshwater plants. For plants, you need full spectrum or daylight type of bulbs. The temperature rating is a very rough estimate, but should be between 4100K (cool white) to 6700K (day light/full spectrum).
