Just a quick reply:

I have an Aquabray 400w Metal Halide unit for sale (The same as Navarre and myself use), i was greedy and bought two when one is slight overkill :D

It only has a 4500k bulb supplied but if you look at Navarres link you can pick up a 20,000K bulb for around £50 (which is what i've done)

The unit itself is 24" x 12" x 7" (h x w x d) in white and is very heavy. I have taken the ballast out of the casing on mine and have mounted that elsewhere to reduce the hanging weight. If anyones interested PM me :)
 
Just to add to this thread.. they are very good light units, you definately wont need another light after this monster ;)
