I have a T8 in a 160ltr tank and i find it still looks a little dull in there.

What would you suggest i use lighting wise to brighten it up. Would using two T8's fix it or could i get another light which would do it without having to have two lights running? If using two is the way to go can you run two lights off of one balast?

if you re-wire it yes but i wouldn't advise it, get a new starter, or a LED strip, or a reflector.

You could probably put a T5 in the same spot. Or you could up the wattage of the T8.
