Lighting Renewal

I have recently aquired a 72 litre Tropiquarium tank and plan to renew the lighting tubes. At present it has two 18 inch, 15w tubes, an Aqua-Glo and a Sun-Glo. I plan to transfer some of my basic existing plants to this tank Java Fern, Amazon swords, Vallisneria Asiatica and Elodea Densa, the depth of water is 13 inches. Would those light tubes be sufficient ? . In my Roma 125L i have Aqua-Glo and Power-Glo (both 20w) and these plants grow fine, thanks in advance for any advice.
