Lighting Question

Hello, due to my aquarium lighting being too bright for my silver dollars, i would like a recommendation of a bulb i can use that isnt so bright.
These beautiful fish of mine will hide as soon as the light is on. they have been in that aquarium since feb 2009 so should of become used to it by now.
Any good subdued lighting you can recommend?

don't replace the lighting unit or bulb, add floating plants such as duckweed or frogbit and it will cut some of the light out.
