Adding some more plants to my tanganyika tank 50gal I have a Anubias barteri var. nana and a little java moss.
I've got 100g of java moss and 15x java fern comming.

My lights are 2x iquatics 50/50 t5 28w. This should give me 0.3 watts per litre.
I don't know about the 10000k full spectrum bit, is this too high or low?

How are the plants going to do with these lights?

I have a marine white 14000k 28w and 2x juwel high lite day 28w bulbs in boxes that are not being used.

I would stick with the 50/50's. I think the spectrum in the marine bulbs doesn't hit all the notes that plants needs.  With 56 watts for a 50g tank you have plenty of light for a low-light tank :)

As long as you stick with the lower light plants like moss, and java ferns, and anubias like you have, they should be just fine. You might also try some crypts too.
