Just recently I've started to build up a nice planted tank. It's about 20 gallons but I'm not sure of the wattage.

What is a good wattage to have in order to succeed with a planted tank?

Also, do I need any of these fertilizers or CO2 stuff? I have plants such as moss, crypts, java fern and hygrophilia.

Cheers guys :)

Please help :S I'm quite worried that my plants won't survive and I'm going to Maidenhead tomorrow.

For the plants you have you want to aim for between 1 and 1.5WPG which equates to 20W - 30W.

This should also be OK for most other plants apart from high light ones.

If you go above the 1.5WPG then pressurised CO2 would be a suggestion.
