life span of angel fish

Does anyone know the life span of an angel fish? They are currently quarter size and in a 55-gallon but will soon be transfered to a 240-gallon.

I just did a quick search on google and found this - http/www.aquariumfish.net/catalog_pages/...ls_assorted.htm

Says that they can live for at least 10 years and should have a tank of at least 18" deep.

You have a long time with your goldies yet, their lifespan is 37 years! Although sadly the average is only 1.

yup, they live for a long long time, mines are very healthy at the moment but they grow and grow and grow , even so they are beautyfull guys oncethey grow, I got the comets which I personally like with the beautyfull long fins.

Any hows I hope he/she stays with us for a very long time to come, i love that fish since it's been in the family for a long while
