Lfs Problem?

Hi i was wondering if anyone could help me on what i can do?

I was in my lfs today and noticed they were selling sterbai corydoras under the name arcautus corys which as you know is not it. so i went home and looked this name up and discovered it was not the arcautus as what they are selling are defo sterbais. The person i was on the phone to told me "dont come here and tell us what and waht we dont have , we have better things to do than listen to u telling us what to do etc"" then hung up the phone!!! i didnt even get a word in before he hung up.

If you're truly concerned then e-mail a letter to the head office of the company, tell them exactly what happend and that you're worried about their company losing business due to rude staff and uneducated ones. Aswell, go into the lfs and ask to speak with the store manager, print off a page of info including a picture of the sterbai corys and show it to him then tell him what happend when you called and tried to explain to a member of staff.
