Some advice please peeps.

When should the Aquarium light be turned on and off getting different suggestions from friends. Some say leave on at night and turn off during day, some say the other way round. I have a 26l freshwater tropical tank with 5 fish in. Thanks for your help.

it all depends on if you have plants really
too much and you'll have algae problems.
apart from that. when your in the room really

Sorry forgot to say i have no plants but a few moss balls

Depends on many things. For any plants, a consistent photoperiod is generally good. The brighter the light though, the less time you'll have before algae starts to build up, which also depends on the ambient light from windows etc.

Mine turn on just before I get home from work and go off in the evening. Makes feeding easier and means that I get to see the fish for more of my free time. Total photoperiod is about 6 hours.
