Im getting a hatchling leo and i was wondering would a 2x1x1' tank be to big for it? I would be taking it out to feed so it dosnt matter that "he wouldn't be able to find the food" etc. Would he feel insacure?

Thanks

make sure theres a log or two for him to hide under, maybes a fake plant too :) im not sure how insecure they feel, but mine always use the logs to hide at times

Yep going to have 3 hides, and all other little bits for him,
Well i will set it up and see how it goes if he dosnt like it i can just buy a smaller tub for him.

Thanks

minimum size said is 10 gallons so he shouldn't need a smaller tub - they can grow quite large and I think that you should upgrade after a while - but it should be fine

im just used to royal pythons and them being uneasy in large enviroments.
Thanks

Yeah a baby is ok in a smaller enclosure, but you'll want to upgrade after a bit to a 20 gallon sized enclosure (I dont know the exact measurements of a 20 gallon though)
