Ive got some Danios Leopard and Zebra, they are all doing great but one of the Leopards danios is a bit fat and is guarding a little corner of the tank, Im taking that this one is a pregnant female?

What do I do? Do I just let her got on with it?

Thanks

Danios do not get pregnant, they are egg layers. I would say that as long as nobody is stressed or ill that you simply keep an eye out. To be honest danios are egg-scatterers and i do not believe they are ever protective of an area, they do not guard eggs or anything, are you sure there is not some underlying issue here? What is the tank size and inhabitants?

S/he not there anymore today must be guarding a bit of food or something. Tank is a 557 litre.

Thanks for replying.
