Cheers all. Ive turned them both up to 30 and the temp is rising, slowly. Tried to get a spirit thermometer today but they didnt have any in stock so will pop out again tomoz. My tank is sat next to the patio doors which are very cold, the patio doors make the living room very cold until the radiators kick in full pelt. Could this also be a reason?
