As the title I want my next tank to use LEDs. Its going to be a custom build rimless with a drilled base to avoid any nasty pipes on show (inlet/outlet pipes will be covered by moss within the tank).

I'm too lazy to go DIY so i thinking of using either the Aquawave Brilliance K2 or the AquaRay AquaBeam 500's ( I dont like the look of the tile version). I'm not that worried about costs. I just want easier access to my tank by not having it covered by T5s or a heavy MH system. Also want a really sleek looking tank.

Has any one got any experience with them?

I did my own build using LED's, there are a few god but expensive commercial systems coming out over the next few months so there will be plenty of choice.

Have a look in the diy section at some of the builds in there, supercoley did a mega system using led's. My next tank is going to be 100% LED.
