Leaf Zone safe for fish?

Hello gang -

Just got my new All-Glass Versa Top along with my dual fluorescent light hood.

I'm at about 1.34 watts per gallon for my 29gl tank using full spectrum 24" lights.

I figured I'd try this setup for a while and see how my plants grow.

Question:

The fertilizer I have is Leaf Zone. The recomended dosage is 1 tsp per 10 gallons of water. I change 5-10 gallons of water once a week.

I also use Pure Laterite mixed into the gravel and may also start using Root Tabs again.

I'm paranoid though about doing anything that could potentially hurt my fish.

Is Leaf Zone totally safe for fish? Does this sound like a good regimen to start?
