Land Bound Crayfish?

is it normal for blue crays to get out of the water? only mine seems to like sitting on top of my filter? summat fishy

as far as i know all crayfish will leave the water and walk over land to get to other water so it should be normal

lol well it was tryin to get out me thinks! its in with two very small red crabs and a banjo cat and they never bother each other. hmmm.

the only other thing is, do you have any hides or caves for your Cray to hide in. could be it feels safer up there than in the water, if not.

oh yeah i do, theres lots! hes happy but hes a new comer to the tnak and i think he is exploring it a little! hes very energetic, took the lfs 25 mins to bag the little bugger!

oh yes i know you meant no offence you had a very valid point! yes i will do! its facinating how they swim lol hes currently sat on top of my piece of bogwood! will get pics asap!
