got some in my little 8g betta tank and I want shot of them really. will the usual copper based snail remedies work, or any other suggestions?

Well I get rid of mine by squishing them and feeding them to the danios. But Of course there are some you wont be able to get to which means mine will always be there but I don't mind. It's when there are loads of them looking rather unsightly, I do the dirty deed. (with a planter that has pointy bits)

Edit to say I've never used chemical snail killers so couldn't adivise on that one.
