What type of cichlid is it? and, for the more important question, I have a bullying problem, I have two kribensis, both males and the larger one ( the store gave me the wrong ones 8-|) What should I do? I was thinking about getting two more to get them to school, hopefully get a female in there and all the same size this time. What do you think I should do?
- I don't have any where else to put them, at least not in another filtered tank.

Kribensis aren't schooling fish.. so buying more wont solve the problem..

Will the store take one of the males back?

They are an african cichlid.

Kribs can be very aggressive. I would guess one of the males will kill the other eventually.

its a good idea to return them to the store,,,then try looking for young kribs get a few see after a while who pairs of then return the rest to the store :good: my kribs are great fun to watch i have 1 male n 2females which i know isnt a great mix but for 8months alls been fine and before the man who had them said he never had a problem...hope i have been of some help.. :good:

Kribs are not that aggressive. I have a pair and 2 brichardi in a 20 gallon and have not had a problem( rommorow I am going to upgrade them to my 30). A year ago I had a pair of kribs in a 30 with 4 mollies, 6 swords, some platies ( unknown number) and a pleco and I never really had much aggression. Only time is when they bred and at that time they de- scaled and skined another female so only 2 fishes per 20 gallons. How big is your tank?

my tank is only like a 16-17 right now, so... small.

That is pretty small, Wht other fish do you have in there? If you do I dont think you will be able to house a breeding pair of kribs.
