I'm pretty sure he's got pop-eye. Both his eyes have protruded, one more than the other.
He's acting pretty lethargic and has no appetite for frozen or flake. Hope this isn't an early stage of dropsy

Apart from doing water changes in an attempt to clean the water up abit, is there any other quick meds I can use.
Any household, shop treatments, other?

Thanks, James.

Bump, still after advice.

when talking of salt you need to be more specific. there are many kinds of salts available to us as hobbyists (aquarium salt, marine salt, table salt, kosher salt, etc). what you want to use for popeye is epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) which you can buy very cheaply at a pharmacy (or other place they sell over the counter medicine). if dosing the tank, use 1 tablepoons per 5 gal, or give in a dip 1 tablespoon/gal for up to 30 mins 2x a day. this will draw fluid out ofthe tissues and hopfully make the eye bulging decrease. if no improvement within 5 or so days, consider antibiotics. popeye is eeasily caused by injury, so generally clean water and epsom salt will do just fine.
good luck.
cheers

Will the addition of the salt have any effect on my other fish as I don't have a hospital tank. The red writing on my signature are the fish in with the Kribs.
