Kribensis Pulcher - New Breeding Tank

I am currently setting up a breeding tank for my kribensis pulcher fish and wanted to get a few opinions surrounding its set-up! There are a few areas I would like to address:

1. Which fish should I have in the tank to use as dither fish
2. Are there any good virtual planner sites for building your own fishtank (with the idea of planning a real life tank to see how it would look before actually creating it)
3. Are there any fish I should be wary of including in this tank with the kribs
4. Would shrimp be a bad choice to have in the tank

not sure on the top three but having shrimp in the tank with kribs would be a bad idea imho as they would quite eagerly eat them

Haha its funny you should say that, I have a Amano Shrimp in with my Kribs and they chase it but because of its size (roughly 1.5") they would dare attack it!
