my kribensis have been a joy to watch over the past few weeks, we have watched the whole breeding process from the building of caves to watching the fry wriggling out today with their parents!! I was overjoyed it was amazing to see.

This is our first tank and the first time this is has happened just curious as to what will bw happening next, if anyone could help we would be most greatfull!!!!!!

Depending on your circumstances, they'll be ready again in one week to "surprise" you with the next batch of fry..... Is this incommunity or a specially setup tank??.... (If community,.... it'll take a bit longer).

Just be aware that the fry may be eaten, possibly by the parents themselves if this is their first spawning. It's a stress reaction. If this happens, they'll probably spawn again soon.

The kribs I've kept defended their fry for a very long time, long enough for them to look like tiny kribs in fact. But like LV said, some will abandon theirs pretty fast, although once kribs get used to this they probably won't eat their own fry even if they abandon them. I think you'll have to start thinking about what to do with all the extra kribs. :)
