I'm thinking about taking my Kribensis fry to my LFS for a fish swap, as they shoulds be ready in a few weeks.

How much do they usually sell for in shops and what price is reasonable for me to accept for bartering?

Really depends on what kind of kribs, and how much your store charges you. My store usually charges 5 dollars for a krib, so i can get around 2 dollars per fry. Remeber, the store wants to make money, hence me getting about 40 percent.

ah, are there more than one type of Kribensis, mine look like your profile picture?
I probably should have pointed out I'm in the UK, anyone purchased an Kribensis in the UK lately.

Hmmm think I paid arounf £4 or so for my male recently.... I would be interested to know how much you get for yours as my fry have just become free swimming! How long have yours been swimming for?

I've got about 25 in my quarantine tank, think they are about 6 weeks old. Also both my pairs in the main tank had fry about 2 weeks ago, so got another say 40 in the main tank.
All do very well.

I have found that the price of Kribs, varies enormously around me ( west Yorkshire )
Some adults are £6.95 each and some are £2.50 each , most common seems to be about £7 per pair
All depends on which shop I go to ??? Obviously the bigger the more expensive, but then I got the cheapest ones only a few weeks ago , and they seem fully grown and spawning. ???
