I was at the store yesterday looking for fish, and I came across these beautiful dwarf cichlids. I got on my cell phone and did a quick internet search as to temperment, feeding, water conditions and habitat.
What I found was that my habitat conditions and feeding seem appropriate. They were listed as "peaceful but territorial when spawning." I wound up buying three Brilliant Razboras instead.
The girl working there said "defineatly not, they will kill everything in your tank."
This is a 14 gallon BioCube that is densly planted and has some cave-like areas. The gravel is very small, smooth pebbles.
Can I mix these with my male Dwarf Gouramies (2), female Black Marble Mollie and 4 well grown babies (babies, 3 of them, to be traded away soon), and 3 Brilliant Razboras. Are the water perameters about the same?
Thanks,
Ssjrr
