Kribensis Anal Worm

some sort of white string looking thing is hanging out the anus of my female kribensis, I don't know if this is just a pieice of poo thats hanging there but it was there last night then it wasnt there then it was back again in an hour or so, can anyone help me and tell me what i can do to cure this (if there is a problem) and provent it from spreding to other fish, i am not lucky enough to have a quarinteen tank

looks like poo to me. Although i would wait for somone with more experience to comment. What are you feeding her? I guess lower quality foods may create strange looking poop.


Like when you used to feeed the dog that horribe chum and they did white dog poops

I feed them hikari frozen blood worms, tetramin flakes and hikari cichlid complete (which they have yet to eat) the only thing they relaly eat is bloodworms.

To high protein, dried foods and bloodworms, gets a fish constipated, dry some shelled peas to see if that flushes the fish through first.

I just put some peas in there i wonder if they will eat them, i feed them algae disks too i believe they7 eat it

Best to mush peas up the fish like them better that way.
