I think im gonna get some Knight Gobies, i have seen them in my LFS and they are very beautiful. I have looked them up on the web etc, they seem pretty easy to look after, anybody here have them, if so any advice before i get them.

They will be placed in my Brakish tank with Mollies.

All replies welcome :)

Knight gobies are fine with most fish -- but they're very predatory! So don't expect many baby mollies to survive! Classic tankmates are things like archers, chromides, sleeper gobies, flatfish, etc. They don't need much salt, so can be kept either in low end or high end systems, as you prefer.

Cheers, Neale

I have one in my 20L. The sal is 1.010 and it is doing fine. They will eat anything they can fit in there mouths. They are a fun fish to have! I am sure you will have a good time with yours. :good:

I think i will get a 2 or 3 next week, i have a 200 ltr tank so 2 or 3 will be nice in there without any problems.

6 inches, have you been feeding yours steroids or something?

3 and a half inches is the average size for males and a 4" fish is a big specimin.

I hope they dont get to 6", my mollies would be in danger :)
