KK is one of the moderators, so maybe they have more info., as it looks like they have not been active since Feb. Check KK's profile as there are other contact details on there. I believe if you paid by PayPal, there is some form of protection with them? May have got lost in the post or something (?). Hope the mods can help you out, good luck.
