King Tiger Pleco?

I bought this guy as a king tiger pleco...but its colour was so much bolder then any I've seen before.  Is there another L number thats similar but has better colour....or could it be because of the region maybe were its from?

Looks like a King Tiger to me That or a Hypancistrus sp. (2).

It is indeed a King tiger L66 and a beautiful specimen to boot .
 
 
Colouration and patterning can be drastically different, just take a look at the below link, you will see mostly the same fish but with so many different variation to colour and pattern.

2 foot 60L+ bare minimum... ideally 90-125l and bigger if you go for a group... just be aware though, they prefer they temp in the low 80's

i got a 125l at the moment so tank would be ok .. low 80s  quite high temp my tank is round 78 mark does look a nice pleco

For general keeping purposes you would be fine with 78

Thinking of getting one to replace my sailfin pleco as he will grow to big.

What a stunner! I really want one of these guys for the bottom of my 120l...I've only seen them at my LFS once, though. Do you know of anywhere that sells them online? (I'm UK based).
