Cant see a problem with one then Aside from the shrimp, although amano are bigger than cherries so you should be ok.

they are bigger than most of the neons and the ottos. they are all fully grown and are over and inch. thanks minx

It may just depend on the personality of the keyhole...when mine was little I added ghost shrimp that I thought would be too big for it to eat. It would catch them, shake them to death, and with the assistance of tank mates rip them apart for a snack. XD
