My school is constantly being attacked by stinkbugs. I've got holes in the hood for the heater and filter, but the stinkbugs have seemingly liked to find their way into the tank and live there and/or fall into the tank and die.
Is it safe to put saran wrap or any other cover on the holes to seal them off? Stinkbugs can't be good for their health.

Interesting problem! Tanks need fresh air so that the moving surface water can pick up oxygen. Perhaps you can figure out some sort of homemade system whereby only air that goes through a filter of some sort gets in and out of the cover area.
