I've recently bought a breeding net, and my mum said that if I saw a nice betta then I could buy him and keep him in there until I had my tank sorted out for it.
I was wondering whether he would be okay in it for a couple of weeks while I get the other tank sorted out with it's new fish, decor, etc.?
Thank you! :)

Why don't you just wait until it's sorted out first? Rather than put him in a chaotic environment, I would wait. There will always be fish to buy after all so I don't see the need to rush.

It was just an idea really.
She was only suggesting it as if I saw a nice betta (I've been waiting to have one for a long time now) then I could get him before he was sold!

Don't worry about that,- there are always lots of stunning bettas available on sale! Just wait until your tank is up and running and then have a look for a new little betta boy :good:
