I can only confirm what others have said - I have a juwel trigon and find that all the bits do what it says on the tin.
I know that the lighting levels could be higher, but in my own low tech way I manage to grow decent plants.
I know the filter could be better, but for small fish - which is what I keep I find it works just fine thank you.
You're not going to get Rolls Royce performance from any of the kit, but then again you're not paying RR money either, and with time, its not difficult to add external filters and/or extra lighting as needed.
Just my two penneth worth.
