Hi!

Thought Id share with you some photos of my Juwel Rio 125 30 Uk gallon tank.

Lights: 3x18W freshwater arcadia t8s (with reflectors)
Gravel: RedSea florabase.
CO2: Pressurized (2kg CO2 fire extinguisher and D&D regulator) with Nutrafin ladder diffuser however I will be using a Ceramic glass one soon.
Fertiliser: Leafzone 5ml every 3 days
Filter: Internal Juwel and a Supafish aqua pro 1 external.

I havnt really scaped it. Over a period of several months ive been upgrading it with light and CO2 because when i first set up the tank I didnt know the importance of lighting and CO2. Luckily I did know about nutrient substrate.

I will be properly scaping it after Christmas and adding another tube (30" 25W for the front of the tank).

Excuse the green spot algae on the glass. It's hard to scrape off but it should hopefully go when i go high tech and do EI.

Thanks everyone.
Haha fishkiller_nomore that made me laugh.
GuppyDude, they are Keyhole Cichlids. Really nice fish and dont show any aggression to the other tank mates. They can be a bit skittish at times but when I have my hand in the tank they come over to see what Im doing.

Thanks guys. It means alot.
andyt_uk, I used an Arcadia light tube control unit 18W 1". Instead of balancing it on the bracing bar like George and Jimbooo, I bought a packet of Arcadia Plastic Spring Clips (see here)and screwed 2 together, back to back using Arcadia 4mm Plastic Fasteners (little nuts and screws). I made 2 of these. I could then pop these onto the already existing tube and then add another tube to this. The light controller cables we then connected to the tube and the cables were led out the back of the hood.

Heres a pic to make it a bit more clearer.

Thanks George. But its far from what I will be aiming for after Christmas :)
I bought the tank a year ago however I dont know how long the store could have been holding it for :/
