I am soon going to change the light after one year and do not know what should i get. Juwel lightning have Day-Lite and Warm-Lite both at 15W each. What should i get to maximize the plant growth? I know that the light is low but at least I try to give more.

Also it is right that after one year the light will deteriorate that is why we should change them at a yearly bases right?

Thanks

I change my t8s after a year or so.
Get the bulb that looks best to you. The plants wont prefer one bulb over the other. It's PAR that plants care about. The kevlin difference or CRI difference in the bulbs is irrelevant to the plants. They're not going to mind which one you choose.
Some argue that plants do better with a kelvin rating more like that of daylight (so 6500-8000K), but that's yet to be proven. I intend to set up a tank with daylight bulbs then switch to actinics to see if there is any difference.
