im buying i juwel rio 125 to set up a marine reef tank and i am going to replace the lights with two high lite marine white light tubs. is it beter to have one white and one blue or have two white lights insted?

I am not a reef person but I think the type of coral you are going to keep and the watt of the lights are going to be a factor.

im going to keep softies and some lps the lights are 28w each and im going to have 2 of them

More importantly they need to be T5 lights as older tanks have t8

I have this tank and have it as my marine.

I'm looking at the moment to install a sump to it so i would strongly suggest you look at this as well.

I still have the T8's but have no corals and run a white and blue and it works well.

thanks i might add a sump to im going to see if it cost lots by getting a quot off my lfs
