Juwel Help

I find once you have rinsed the white filter pads they don't seem to work as good.

thats why i just change them, with them only been cheap at £1.85 for 5 pads, its worth just changing.

I find that expensive when you can buy a big bag of filter mating which should last months, unlike juwel the 5 white filter pads will only last 5 weeks, unless if you rinse them, then they don't seem to clean the water as well once rinsed,

HI,

I have in my 4ft tank a juwel filter, inside it has 6 pads, 2 blue 2 green 1 black and 1 white.

Does anyone know the order thet meant to go in..

from top to bottom i have...

White
black
green
green
blue
blue

Is this correct?

Thankyou.

It tells you on the packaging, and also on the Juwel Website. What you have written looks correct.

I do not have the packaging etc, as i bought the tank with filter and accesories secondhand.

Thanks for replay i checked the website and pics, and replys from here, all helped so thanks very much.

Sounds fine to me, just keep it as it is :) i had mine the same way, no problem, just give the white one a scrub now and then and replace it whenever its abused to the limit. Personly I removed the black and replaced it with more white :)
