I already posted about this but wasnt sure where to put it so it would be seen
so im considering the new juwel LED HeliaLux lighting for my Juwel Lido 120, if anybody has experience with HeliaLux please help me here, or if anybody just has any knowledge on lighting (my knowledge, not so great)
what i want to know is if it will really be worth the money, and will truly improve lighting to contribute to better plant growth,
so i took some stats for both juwel T5 and the HeliaLux LED for the juwel lido 120
for one T5 it is 24w, 8000 kelvin and 1200 Lumen (bearing in mind the lido takes 2 T5's)
for one Helialux LED unit it is 24w, 7200 kelvin and 3000 Lumen
im not quite sure what to do with these stats, but if somebody can makes sense of it for me it would be greatly appreciated
i want to know according to the stats whether its worth sticking with the 2 T5's or going with the HeliaLux LED for the best benefit in a planted tank?
