i was just wondering wether u can keep ottos with neon tetras? iv heard alot about them with different views ? iv been told there aggressive and some people have told me there not... any help?

I've never seen anything to say that you can't.. i thought that they were both pretty peaceful fish.. interesting to see if anyone disagrees..
